All about Nina, kind of.

The origins of Nina, the technopath and mecha engineer/mechanic/manufacturer!

   The original pic. I was out of it one day and drew this to practice drawing basic shapes and perspective. Not the best example, but I tried.

Drew this at the end of 2010, because I wanted to. Still bizarre looking, but whatever.

 Drew this on Leap Year Day 2012, because why not.

And lately, drew up her "rival" Hannah the Devil on a whim. Incomplete, but I had the image in my head and there's a start. She's just some rich girl that happens to be a devil and rival mecha pilot/engineer/manufacturer to Nina. She's on good terms with Nina just because she's a genuinely good person, but Nina wouldn't care less. Why I thought that up I will never know, but I'll stick with it.

Yeah, these two have essentially replaced my old mascots, because the old ones represent a phase in my life I am well and above done with.

Finally

The somewhat evolution of Ryuuwon/ko

A cheap lackadaisy sketch I did of Ryuuwon. He was supposed to look a bit different, but something told me to just draw a male nekomata.

 And then I made him have a somewhat girly face.

 

   And then I just straight up drew him crossdressing.

 After some issues, I cheaply redid him as a chick.

 Also a chick and a bad drawing, but I didn't draw the fellow on the left (Ragnar) in forever, and I needed an excuse.

What will I stick with in the end? No idea.

Art Trade Complete!

So yeah, did an art trade with the woman who got me obsessively into drawing/character design stuff in the first place! Took me a long time what with numerous programming classes, RL character development on my part, and an all too thick momentary art block, but I got it done!

So here we go, Francesca, the demon noblewoman, a character of mine for a design document.
